Day 1
Let's dive into a three-day itinerary that will help you make the most of your time in Aspen.
Before Checking into Hotel Jerome, a classic Aspen hotel with a rich history and luxurious amenities, stop by Kemo Sabe to get your Aspen-perfect custom cowboy hat and boots made for, well, everything! After a day of travel, relax and unwind with a visit to the St. Regis spa for some much-needed pampering. Start with bubbles in the Oxygen lounge before indulging in a massage or facial. For dinner, head to Matsuhisa, the original Nobu restaurant, for some of the best sushi and Japanese cuisine in town. End the evening with a cozy drink by the fireplace in the St. Regis Lobby or head to Bad Harriet speakeasy for some great cocktails and live music.
Day 2
Fuel up for the day with home-cooked comfort food at Bonnie's on Aspen Mountain and get the Tuna Melt, then hit the slopes! Being blondies ourselves, naturally, our favourite run is Blondies on Aspen Mountain, which offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. But don't miss out on the other three mountains, each with its unique terrain. Highlands has some of the best steep terrains in the area, while Snowmass is great for families with its wide-open runs. And Buttermilk, which is home to the X Games, has some of the best terrain parks in the country. No matter which mountain you choose, you're sure to have an amazing time. For lunch, check out one of the on-mountain dining options. After a day on the slopes, head to The Wine Bar at The Little Nell for a great happy hour and an amazing selection of wines. For dinner, visit The Monarch, which offers classic steakhouse fare with a modern twist, and you can’t miss getting their table side Caesar salad.
